How do I get Active Rain to stop charging my debit card annually?

Dear Active Rain,

Please do not renew my paid account on May 9, 2021. I had asked not to be charged last year and was charged $199 anyway. I was not able to remove my debit card information and I believe it was charged even though my expiration date had passed on the card. Please confirm that you saw and read this email and that I will not be charged again. Thank you.

I GOT NO RESPONSE TO THIS AND WAS CHARGED ANOTHER $199 EVEN THOUGH MY DEBIT CARD INFO WAS REMOVED. I GOT NO RESPONSE LAST YEAR EITHER AFTER I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE SENT IN TWO MORE TICKETS SINCE I WAS CHARGED AGAIN AND THEY ARE BEING IGNORED. CAN I GET SOMEONE'S ATTENTION???
