Looking for good websites to market real estate listings

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Fusion

Hi everyone, I am currently in seek of additional websites to market my Saskatoon real estate listings that I am currently carrying.  The Saskatoon real estate market is one of the hottest markets in Canada and North America.  As a result we have seen a large number of investors approach us from all of Canada and the world.  I want to find some additional sites to start marketing some of the properties I am working with to gain maximum exposure.  My current Saskatoon real estate website has listing information I would like for these sites to link back for more in depth information.  Can anyone recommend a few good sites that will cater to Canadian real estate listings?  Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Kari - you are not using Localism as a  resource - please post your listings and other posts in there.  Tell us what's happening in Saskatoon.  What about Folk Fest?  What about Pioneera ( do they still have that?)  Nobody has any BLOG going for S'toon.  ....If you don't, I will.

If you have the money to spend I highly recommend becoming a Number1expert agent and signing on for their website package. I do so much business on that website every year. It is a lot of work, but it is well worth it.

I like to select the print advertising that has the best web placements.  We also use Zillow.com, Craig's list, Military for sale by owner (I imagine there is a Canadian equivalent).  Good luck!

I use Trulia, Craigslist & Zillow.  All of them have brought me buyers and sellers.  I use postlets.com and vflyer to make flyers and then they get syndicated to a bunch of websites.  I don't use any print advertising anymore.  I hope that helps.

Kari,

One of the sites I use is Point2.  It's been great for me to get search engine exposure and it's free with an invitation.  I sent you an email and if you reply with your email, I'll send you an inviation.  That is available for any agents desiring a good, free site to supplement.  Also you can upgrade with them if you want to use a s a primary site.

Don't forget to take advantage of the single property domain website companies out there that you can post a single property to a web site -- I use ListingProducer.com, Posltets.com = a great marketing tool to tell your clients that you will do the best job at marketing the property and get good placement on the search engines.
