Sometimes it is easy to see. Scoring 100% on a test. Setting a sales record. Being flawless in keeping commitments. And sometimes it is not so obvious.
I really felt stress. I felt tired. I felt hungry. I felt all of this and so I felt I was doing a bad job. Until I dropped the couple off at their hotel after showing them some homes.
She wouldn’t stop thanking me. She even blew me kisses as she walked away. I hadn’t realized it until then, but in her eyes, I was excellence in service for real estate.
Sometimes it isn’t easy to see until it is done. And it may even catch you by surprise.
