Today the sun rises on a new Dunn Team. After taking some time to educate ourselves, prepare materials, and get organized, we are ready to step out in our first giant leap of faith by putting into play some of the unique prospecting/marketing ideas we've read about. There are so many phenomenal, creative ideas out there! And TONS of them are FREE here in the Rain, like we mentioned in our post "When Different is Good". This one comes from fellow blogger Katerina Gasset about how Expired Listings are a Gold Mine. Phase One of our transformation: Beyond Cold Calls. We have put together a, hopefully, compelling expired listing letter and are sending out our first batch tomorrow! We'll let you know how it goes.
This is a very exciting time for us all- Rookies and Veterans alike! With the market making us learn new tricks or revamp old ones, we'll all come out stronger in the end. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to share it with all of you! Reading your blogs and comments has been so encouraging and inspirational!! Thank you for joining us on this Adventure! There will be bumps along the way, but each one will only serve to teach us how to better navigate this road we're on. This is only the beginning...
