3.Know what options come standard and which cost extra. You need to be sure that your finances are in order and that you've prepared wisely.
4.Have it Inspected. It’s best to have a licensed home inspector inspect a new home during the early phases of construction.
5.Understand what the builder's warranty covers. Educate yourself on your warranty coverage or ask your builder to explain.
