What's going on with the real estate market? Is it even possible to buy a house right now? Should I wait to sell? The current wild and crazy real estate market is what everybody's talking about right now.
This week, we take a break from neighborhood videos to bring you a great example of a video tackling the questions head-on.
Bubble, Boom, or Bust - Steamboat Real Estate Market with Charlie Dresen.
Seeing examples of video marketing done well is inspiring. Like many of Charlie's videos, this one shines. We really appreciate his ability to keep us engaged while talking about a real estate market we really have no reason to follow.
Plus, his honesty and candid advice for both buyers and sellers is refreshing. The Arlo Guthrie, Alice's Restaurant reference is a perfect one for his demographic. (You'll find it around mark 2.30 on video)
One of the reasons this video is so engaging is that Charlie takes us on a visually appealing tour of Steamboat while discussing the market nuances. The backdrop is interesting and ever-changing. The graphics are helpful too, as they provide needed reinforcement of the data.
There's a classy move at the end too, when Charlie gives props to his camera man. He's also a new agent and Charlie tells you how to get in touch with him.
Hope you'll consider producing your own Bubble, Boom, or Bust video. After all, it's what everybody is talking about.
