Charlie's videos, including this particular one, are wonderful inspiration. It's engaing, with some excellent, easy to understand points, and the local area as opposed to being in front of a green screen, is masterful! Bottom-line, he is totally convincing and authentic.

The topic is certainly on many people's minds, even those who are not right now in the market buying or selling.

Good video with stats and numbers once again confirming 'New Lows' are being created every month.  Locally and Nationwide.  I do enjoy the graphics being shown in more and more videos.  Attention getter.  Mark
