I won't take it personal if no one rides with me, I would shift the blame on Covid-19.  When I was a kid, my father thought about buying a hearse for a family car so if my brother and I got loud, he could just roll up the window to the back and ignore us.

As the world population increases, we should look at multi-level options.  When I bought a duplex lot (zoned for my wife and I) I felt like a horrable buyer's agent since I didn't try to negotiate price or terms.  I guess that is why they say an agent shouldn't represent themselves.

I think I would like that guy.  However, for what they charge, you would make a good living at it.

You have been successfully selling lots lately in Beverly Hills.  Maybe you would be first customer.  We could change your slogan to "Follow me to find you the right plot."

I think you might do OK advertising yourself as "That Real Estate Guy".  My brother used to have "Insurance Guy" on his business cards and people called because he seemed approachable.

I would appreciate the "Future Beach Front Property" signs.  Probably not on an upper end listing, but for a starter home, it would make the phone ring.

A starter home here is $500k. No matter the price point- it would catch a lot of attention for the wrong reasons, and while I know the saying there is no such thing as bad publicity- it's not my way of doing business. 

Kat, it might clash with your current slogan "Helping your Montana dreams take root". 

How about changing the slogan to "Live a little, call me!"

Pretty STIFF competition out there too.

How about if we change the slogan to "Aren't you dying to call a good Realtor"?

If I twist long enough, I can make a full 360 turn and be back on track.

We don't have many expired listings in Boise.  If they listed 10% over market, they just needed a six month listing and the price would have caught up.  However, I suggest you bring that idea back to life. 

I admit, I owned a few sets as well.  I liked that I could remove them if I was  driving in hurry somewhere or parked in front of a bar.  :)

This is the second time I have been tempted to buy one.  Maybe third time will be the charm.  For what I paid to lease one for a one time delivery last year  it is tempting to plan ahead.  I wonder if I could rent it out on Turo?

I liked Charles Stallions comment above about using it for Halloween.  I am too humble to do the limo thing. As noted by the hearse, I am more "grounded". 

Buzz Mackintosh I felt like a horrible agent when I bought my cemetery plot last year because I neither negotiated the price nor asked for a commission. 

Does that agent represent a certain cemetery or is she an independent lot broker?

I might do this for April Fools next year.
