Leave it all on the field. That is how I like to do it. I don’t like to look back and think, “I should have done a little more.”
What frustrates me is how alone I feel in this. That’s why I came back to real estate sales. As a former agent, I was sick and tired of seeing agents and brokers settle for “good enough”. In my opinion, good enough is NOT good enough.
I am tired of people seeing a problem and walk by it without making the slightest effort to fix it. I am frustrated with those that don’t like conflict and so they communicate in ambiguous fashion and expect you to fill in the blanks as if you are Miss Cleo of the Psychic Friends Network.
I love helping people. I love helping that buyer find just the right home. I love helping that seller navigate the process and get that home sold. Somedays the joy of helping others is at least heavily bruised by having to deal with incompetents, entitled brats and the like.
And with that frustration, I get up each day looking to do one thing: Leave it all on the field.
