Week Three Checklist

Week three checklist is about fixing up and completing repairs. This could include painting and patching. This is why it won't hurt to hire a professional home inspector on the front end to give you a list of items to repair.

 

Besides doing repairs, you will want to fix up your house. This will include installing new light fixtures, faucets, door hardware, cabinet hardware, and even new flooring or granite countertops. Week Four Checklist
