Punto de Vista is a proposed master-planned community on the outskirts of Bullhead City, Arizona. McCormick Boulevard and US Highway 68 go through the community, connecting it to the city's numerous amenities and facilities to the west. The suburb is a bit of a drive from the region's main business and entertainment districts, as it is positioned outside of the city core. Even yet, traffic isn't too bad, so the trip isn't too long. The modern community's architecture has been meticulously developed to provide a comfortable and relaxing living environment that is ideal for families wishing to relocate here. There are two sections to the subdivision. A more traditional suburban layout with typical cul de sac home lots may be seen in the northern part. A hillside part to the south has larger parcels that break through the community's high vistas. 

 

Punto de Vista real estate consists of a mix of custom-built homes with Contemporary, Spanish, and Mediterranean architectural styles. Three or four-bedroom models with two to three baths and 1,200 sqft to 4,500 sqft of living space are available in the community. Prices range from the early $200,000s to the high $600,000s. Even in the more modestly sized houses to the north, home lots are relatively large, allowing plenty of space for various outdoor amenities. Driveways connect to linked garages, allowing for plenty of parking for several automobiles. Open floor plans with large living areas are common in interiors, allowing families to spend valuable time together. Bedrooms are likewise large, with walk-in closets and some first-floor master suites in select units, ideal for individuals who don't want to climb the stairs every day.

Punto de Vista offers a peaceful living environment surrounded by Arizona's stunning desert vistas. The houses are well-built and have large backyards. The neighborhood's southern half is situated on a hilltop with great views of the surrounding area.
