Hulet Avenue to the north, Mountain View Road to the east, and the Mohave Valley Highway to the west form the perimeter of the community, which is flanked by Cimarron Lake. The traditional three-bedroom, two-bathroom configuration is used throughout the neighborhood. There is a master bedroom with a bath on one side of the floor plan, two bedrooms on the other, and an open concept living area and kitchen in the middle.
