Auburn Bay is one of a number of new home complexes on Calgary's southeastern fringes. The new development is bordered on the west by Cranston, on the south by Seton, on the east by Mahogany, and on the north by Inverness. 52 ST SE, Seton Boulevard, Deerfoot Trail, and Stoney Trail SE are some of the roads that run around its perimeter. The new neighborhood, which is located on the outskirts of the city, enjoys relative isolation from the city's major metropolitan districts while still being close enough to make your daily commute a breeze. Like other towns in the area, Auburn Bay has an artificial lake in the middle of the community. Residents have easy access to a wide range of outdoor attractions, including a small beach adjacent to the recreation center. There are planned commercial portions in the suburb that give handy retail, dining, and entertainment options for the community's families. Residents have easy access to good schools and the South Health medical complex located to the south.

 

Single-family homes, attached townhouses, and modest condominium buildings make up the real estate in Auburn Bay. The most pricey are the luxury waterfront residences in the community's heart. These semi-custom homes with four to five bedrooms and 2,400 to 3,000 square feet of the living area are priced above $1 million. The neighborhood's more modest suburban cul de sac homes range in price from $450,000 to $850,000. These homes come with three or four-bedroom layouts with 1,700 sqft to 2,400 sqft of floor space. Townhouses and condos in the area range in price from $200,000 to $300,000, with one or two bedrooms and 570 to 1,100 square feet of living space. Cape Cod, Colonial, Craftsman, Cottage, and Contemporary architecture can all be seen in the neighborhood. Front-facing attached garages with a tiny driveway leading to the cul de sac roadway are standard. Some of the models have separate garages that lead to a rear alley. Front lawns are well-kept, and backyards are frequently fenced, allowing you to enjoy a private leisure space near your home.

Business Opportunities 

Auburn Bay is a brilliantly designed suburban community with a plethora of exclusive amenities for homeowners to enjoy during their free time. The beach area at Auburn Bay Lake is well-kept, and there is a clubhouse right adjacent to the water feature. Public parks and concrete walking routes are strategically positioned throughout the city, giving plenty of opportunities for family outdoor activities. There are numerous schools in the area, as well as a business zone on the community's eastern side.

Important Considerations

Being on the city's south side, and with all of the new development south of here in recent years, journeys into the city can be a little lengthier. This is especially true when it snows. With that in mind, Auburn Bay is conveniently located on Stoney Trail, Calgary's "ring road." In times of traffic congestion, this is a wonderful alternative route that will get you to your destination!
