June 2021 ActiveRain Challenge - Post-Pandemic, Let Freedom Ring!

WOW! I remember last June’s challenge, sharing our thoughts on ‘Rising Above the Pandemic,’ hosted by Carol Williams & Anna Banana Kruchten CRS, CRB, Phoenix Broker. All I can say is thank goodness we have moved past the state we were in one year ago! 

I know everyone is excited to have our freedoms back once again in most parts of the country. As we see airport traffic and tourism soar, more people dining out as many restaurants are opening back up in most parts of the country and of course, the best part, HUGGING! 

Kathy Streib and I are challenging members to share some post-pandemic plans - either in your personal or business lives. Will you be taking that summer or fall vacation you missed last year or are you upping the ante since you missed last summer’s vaca?! 

What are you doing in your business post-pandemic this summer? Will your process for listing homes or reporting inspection results, staging planning, etc. change back to your 2019 style or will you keep all or some form of virtual in your business world?

I can tell you that I loved taking my pets to the vet during the pandemic - I loved waiting in the comfort of my car and my fur babies did quite well with the whole hand-off too! I look forward to Tuesday’s AR ZOOM calls - without the pandemic, those would have never started up (thanks, Marie Story). I’m thrilled we are continuing those. We learn something very interesting each and every week.

Personally, I have returned to client coffees, lunches and events - and cannot WAIT for the first event!  What will you be adding, changing or doing to celebrate your return to freedom post-pandemic?

1. Write a post either about changing up your business in summer of 2021, post-pandemic, share your personal plans for the summer or how you see your personal life changing post-pandemic. 
2. Make the post at least 350 words (hey, that isn't hard to do because you are talking about FREEDOM).
3. Your post must contain a featured graphic. Feel free to add a video - we love videos!
4. Post a link to your challenge entry (make sure you make it open in a new window) in a comment on this post below.

The challenge begins now and will continue until 11:59PM PDT on June 30, 2021. Each participant will receive 1,000 bonus points for your entry that meets each of the 4 requirements above.
