This beautiful equestrian home was sold quickly to some wonderful people from California. I received a call from them right after it went on the market. They said they could no longer deal with the high taxes, so they began to research places for their family. They decided on the Space Coast. They loved the fact that we have ZERO STATE TAX and very reasonable property taxes. They also loved reading about the award winning Brevard County School District! The one mile walk to Lake Washington recreation area and 15 minute drive to our beautiful beaches sealed the deal!

They loved the 3D virtual tour of the home and bought it within a few hours! They want to convert the barn into an awesome play area/game room for their kids.
