Here's a recap of the Whatcom County residential and condominium markets for last week:

Residential - 

80 new listings (compared to 101 last week)

90 pended (compared to 89 last week)

82 sold (compared to 58 last week)

227 active as of 5/24/21 at 12:30 pm (compared to 240 last week)

$625,000 is the median active list price (compared to $625,000 last week)

Condominium - 

15 new listings (compared to 15 last week) 

13 pended (compared to 8 last week)

9 sold (compared to 8 last week)

49 active (compared to 46 last week)

$425,000 is the median active list price (compared to $374,950 last week)

There were definitely more pended and sold than new listings last week on the residential side.

On the condo side, we have the same number of new as last week and more pended and sold than last week but there are more active listings than last week.
