Stanford Crossing is a new home development in Lathrop, California's western portion. The development is bounded on the west by the San Joaquin River and on the east by Interstate-5, and on the south by the River Island community. The community comprises five subdivisions built by some of Central Valley's best house builders, including DR Horton, Meritage Homes, Richmond American, and KB Home. Bella Vita, Meritage, Northpointe, Riverchase, and Seasons are among the villages that make up this new master-planned neighborhood. The project will create a pleasant suburban living environment with well-constructed single-family homes surrounded by well-kept green spaces and trees. There are many amenities in the neighborhood, and several schools are ready to serve the many families moving to the region. Residents that live near the city center enjoy easy access to Lathrop's various attractions and are only a short drive away from Tracy, Stockton, and Modesto.


Stanford Crossing's numerous builders offer a superb assortment of residential home projects that will appeal to a wide range of house buyers. Craftsman, Spanish, and Farmhouse architectural styles are available in DR Horton's single and two-story homes, which range in size from 1,502 to 2,200 square feet. There are four different layouts for the residences, ranging from three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Meritage Homes offers energy-efficient designs with state-of-the-art wireless lighting, appliances, and security technologies in classic contemporary home styles. Meritage residences range in size from 1,910 to 2,541 square feet, with four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Richmond American provides comfortable single-floor ranch-style homes and larger two-story designs in the Seasons and Northpointe parts. Three ranch-style models with 2,270 to 2,740 sqft of living area, three to four bedrooms, and two to three baths are available at Northpointe. The Season's subdivisions offer homes ranging in size from 1,320 to 1,870 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two to three baths. KB Home models in Riverchase range in size from 2,208 to 2,848 square feet of living area, with three to five bedrooms and two to three baths. Spanish themes with craftsman-style and ranch-style layouts are among the designs. Custom extensions, such as offices and loft-style rooms, are readily available for these homes.

Business Opportunities 

Stanford Crossing is a lovely master-planned neighborhood with great facilities and lots of open space for families. A great number of parks are planned throughout the community's several subdivisions. The long route that runs through Riverside is ideal for running, biking, and your morning jog. Youth programs and function rooms for private parties will be available at the community center. Senior services, a public library, a skate park, and much more are all available. There are many schools in the area, and inhabitants have access to many of Central Valley's business centers via highways, trains, and buses.

Important Considerations

Because Stanford Crossing is a new residential development, some of the intended facilities may not yet be available to local homeowners. Several places are still currently under construction, so there will be some noise.
