Community and Real Estate Information

Linnie Estates is a new premium residential development in Tracy, California's southern portion. It is advantageously bordered to the east and south by major roads such as S Chrisman Road and W Linnie Road. The city's ever-increasing housing demand prompted the creation of this triangular-shaped neighborhood. The road to the south of the development was named after it. The development was created for buyers searching for a comfortable suburban house with large lots and charming cul-de-sac street layouts. In the year 1952, the community began to grow. The development of homes progressed over time, and it is today a full-fledged community with numerous families.

Homes for sale in Linnie Estates, a great community, openly shout luxury. Despite the subdivision's opulent appearance, the residences in the region are nonetheless reasonably affordable. The clean and wide lanes of Linnie Estates are lined with a mix of Colonial, Ranch, and Bungalow architectural styles. The development has lovely two-story preambular homes that are ideal for small families and young professionals. The floor size of the homes here ranges from 2,000 to 2,200 square feet. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and open floor plans are standard in most homes. Larger two-story home options with an average floor space of 4,100 square feet are also available. These houses have five or six bedrooms, four to five bathrooms, and large lots with room for a pool in the backyard. Linnie Estates homes are typically priced between $750,000 and $1.3 million. Residences have well-designed rustic wooden features and classic suburban exteriors that give each home a distinct welcoming appeal.
