Community and Real Estate Information

Quail Glen is a peaceful residential neighborhood near Tracy, California's downtown region. Mount Oso Avenue to the north, S Tracy Boulevard to the west, and W Schulte Road to the south define the neighborhood's limits. In the 1980s, there was an upsurge in housing demand in California. To address this issue, project leaders proposed the Quail Glen subdivision, as well as a number of other suburban developments in the area. Soon after, development began in the 1990s, the same year as housing prices in the region began to climb. The subdivision is now a well-established neighborhood with well-constructed suburban homes.

On the community's broad cul de sac lanes, the homes for sale in the Quail Glen neighborhood stand out attractively. With a combination of single and two-story layouts, the homes proudly display classic Craftsman-style architecture. The majority of the buildings were constructed between 1990 and 2004, with some new construction occurring in the last three years. The houses are brand new and have very little wear and tear. Modern features are also present in the homes, with numerous households having solar panels installed on their roofs. These houses are priced between $350,000 and $400,000. Models with three to four bedrooms and two to three baths are available. The average floor space is 2,300 to 2,700 square feet, with lot sizes ranging from 0.12 to 0.14 acres. Small families and young professionals will appreciate the comfortable living space provided by these homes because they are reasonably sized.
