Tracy Hills, Tracy, CA
Community and Real Estate Information
Tracy Hills is a new master-planned neighborhood in Tracy, California's southern region. The area is located north of the William Elton "Brownie" Brown Freeway, which is linked to Tracy by Corral Hollow Road. Integral Communities, a real estate development business with hundreds of subdivisions across the country, owns the entire acreage of Tracy Hills. The project involves several home builders, including Lennar, Meritage Homes, and Shea Homes. Vente, Topaz, Opal, Elen, Alber, Pearl, Larimal, and Vantage are among the eight planned subdivisions of this planned development. Tracy Hills, because of its location on the outskirts of the city, has a level of solitude that other communities in the area cannot match. The subdivision also has easy access to the Tracy Municipal Airport and the surrounding motorway, which connects it to other cities in the area.
Tracy Hills real estate is attractively constructed. They all have a combination of contemporary and traditional architectural styles. The general mood and atmosphere of the community is intended to provide a high-end and comfortable living environment. Buyers can choose between well-built entry-level homes with simple designs and larger models with more open floor plans. The entry-level homes are priced at $550,000 on average and have 2,100 square feet of living space. Three bedrooms, two baths, and a garage are included in these models. The next type of home available in this community is a mid-range home, which starts at $900,000. These apartments provide 3,500 square feet of living area, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a carport. The deluxe models have up to 5,500 square feet of floor space and start at $1.2 million. These large homes include six bedrooms, five to six bathrooms, and a large parking garage.

Important Considerations
Don't bother about renovations because the properties are practically new. Some of the intended amenities are not yet available due to the fact that this is a new development. You may want to choose a different neighborhood if you like a more established community or if you want to be closer to Tracy.
