Each inventory category includes a link providing the current Honolulu MLS listings for that particular category. The table does not provide the 30-day trends for the list price, sold price, days on market or available listings. The 30-day trend for the average list price for single family homes, luxury single family homes, and condominiums/townhomes remained relatively steady. While luxury single family homes had a slight uptick in the average list price and a significant uptick in the 30-day trend for average sold price. Inventory wise, the 30-day trend continued to retreat downwards for all categories. Overall, the chart depicts a decreasing housing inventory supply and steady to increasing demand for Honolulu housing.
