Lance Ellis Vice President of Lennar Homes LLC signed off on the sale of Timber Creek to AG Essential Housing Multi State 2 LLC, a Delaware LLC based in Scottsdale, AZ on May 28, 2021. Timber Creek is conveniently located near the intersection of Daniels Parkway and State Road 82 in Fort Myers. The Lee County Clerk of Court Official Recording indicates the sales price was $33,755,283.
