The JM Loans team is (2x) licensed in AZ
Arizona! We finally made it. On the heels of our recent Utah licensing, I applied to get licensed in AZ - we've had a team member licensed there, but I can't officially market our licensing without my own license, so here we are (rules are rules, even when they're really stupid-state-money-grabbing-rules...OK, I digress....).
That brings the list of licensed LOs in Arizona on my team to 2, myself & our team loan partner Erica Reno, who closed 2 Arizona loans her first month licensed there (with just 8 months in the industry!)
Arizona was one of a few states that for a very long time had very strict rules on who could lead a team in the state with additional brick-and-mortar rules to go with it, so it took a long time to get licensed here, even though we have a ton of friends in the state and have wanted to grow our footprint and serve Arizona agents, customers, and other business partners with the same unparalleled service our team now can deliver in 22 states across the country.
What does that mean for Arizona home buyers and home owners? They now have access to industry-leading mortgage products and a team that is a team of true advisers. We go beyond 'rate' and help customers use their mortgage as a tool to empower long term wealth building, financial security, and to become educated on all the perks of home ownership and how to create a long term success plan using the leverage of a mortgage.
What does it mean for Arizona real estate agents and other business partners? They've got access to our current tech and marketing package designed to help them close more business in less time, with consistent communication along the way. When customers come to us, they usually become our customers for life, and with our post-close marketing and team setup, that means they're also our referral partners customer for life.
I always love breaking into a new market and seeing business come in from new states, but Arizona is an especially sweet one because it has been so long in the waiting. But now we're here, and we have 2 lending experts on hand to help with anyone in need of an Arizona mortgage.
