Hi Eva,
I am a new Rainer, so I just saw this post. My comment may be irrelevant, but here goes.
I run a team of four buyers agents and an administrative person. As the rainmaker, I have made MANY mistakes with the team. Each time I lost money, but I learned a great deal.
The first thing I would do if I were you is get the book "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" by Gary Keller, Dave Jenks and Jay Papasan. If you don't have it, let me know because I might be able to get you a copy (I have several floating around here). That'd save you the 20 bucks. :)
Finally, here's some more advice born out of experience. DO NOT hire a buyer's agent until you have AT LEAST one full time administrative assistant. People cut their own throats quickly if they do it the other way around, more often than not.
