Here's a recap of the Whatcom County residential and condominium markets for last week:
Residential -
113 new listings (compared to 80 last week)
75 pended (compared to 90 last week)
53 sold (compared to 82 last week)
242 active as of 6/8/21 at 2:30 pm (compared to 227 last week)
$599,945 is the median active list price (compared to $625,000 last week)
Condominium -
14 new listings (compared to 15 last week)
17 pended (compared to 13 last week)
12 sold (compared to 9 last week)
39 active (compared to 49 last week)
$379,000 is the median active list price (compared to $425,000 last week)
There was a switch last week between the residential and condo markets last week. More were listed for residential that pended/sold, however, the total that went "off-market" still outweighs the new listings.
On the condo side, we saw fewer listings and more pendings/sold than last week and the total active is down because of that.
