I want to take a moment to publicly commend Illustrated Properties in South Florida for thier committment and investment to their agents. Recently, our company had the opportunity to implement a personal coaching program for Illustrated.
The program asked agents to committ for 3 months at a reasonable, but respectable investment for the program and coaching time. Illustrated wanted to be part of this accountability and offered incentives to their agents which would reward them in part or whole through reimbursement opportunities for the program.
It is so critical that real estate comapnies act in a manner consistent with what Illustrated is doing here. If a company, to which it's main source of income should and must be agent productivity (versus the fees and small charges that seem to be creeping in to the business), is to succeed, it has to invest not only financially, but culturally in its agents growth and development.
Recruiting is fine, but taking care of and delivering true partnership to the agents through a committment to their success is so much more important.
Congratulations Illustrated for stepping up!
Best,
Dennis J. Giannetti
