You don’t need to be an economist to know it’s a great time to sell your home!

There is an interesting situation with pent up demand stored over the last year.  Low interest rates at historical low levels and stable.  Low inventory resulting from many issues including a lack of planning for the future.

Compared to last year, median home prices have risen 14.1%.

The right Charlotte REALTOR!

Until we sort out the issues with inventory, prices are going to continue to rise as long as the demand is there.
