In 2016, prices have ranged from $265,000 for a small one bedroom in the 01 tier to $1,245,000 for a 2 bedroom 3.5 bath 2700 square foot condo with a den and a library made by combining two units. The condo had an in unit washer/dryer plus extra storage and new high efficiency windows and three parking spaces.

PRICES IN 2018
In September 2018 there are three condos for sale and three for rent. The condos for sale range from $319,999 for a one bedroom to $649,000 for a two bedroom two bath home. There are also three homes under contract. The least expensive home sale was a one bedroom condo with 845 square feet that sold for $272,500 in April 2018. The most expensive two bedroom, two bath condo sold for $640,000 in January 2018. A two bedroom, two and a half bath unit on the penthouse level sold for $635,000 in January 2018. The most expensive unit on the market in 2018 (as of September 2018) was a three bedroom, two and a half bath unit with over 1800 square feet. It sold in January 2018 for $995,000.
In June 2021, there are three condos for sale at 4620 N Park. Two are listed for $599,000 and are approximately 1420 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths. The third is slightly smaller but completely renovated and listed for $895,000. Another two bedroom two bath condo with 1407 square feet is pending, having been listed for $749,000. A one bedroom with 799 square feet is pending for $299,000, a very appealling price! Twelve condos have closed since January 1 2021, ranging in price for a one bedroom one bath in the 01 tier for $289,500 (799 square feet) to $905,000 for a two bedroom, two and a half bath unit in the 07 tier with 1610 square feet that sold in May. It had been listed for $850,000.
