Would it really be the 4th of July if we didn't have fireworks over the lake? I don't think so. Luckily, we don't have to worry because the Lake Havasu Fireworks Show 2021 lights up the lake in just 11 days!

Lake Havasu Fireworks Show 2021
Another beloved Havasu tradition continues this 4th of July with a dazzling display of pyrotechnics. Starting at 9 pm, fireworks shoot off from Spectator Point on the Island. Fortunately, the show can be seen from several locations around town. Tune your radio in to KNTR 980 AM when the fireworks start to enjoy a patriotic musical accompaniment. While I understand how much our pets mean to us, please keep them at home. Loud noises and bright flashes tend to scare even the calmest of animals. So, show them how much you love them by keeping them at home.

- London Bridge Beach (coolers OK)
- Nautical Beachfront Resort (no coolers or outside alcohol)
- Rotary Park (no alcohol or pets, coolers OK)
- Thompson Bay (via boat)
Extend your day on the lake by watching the fireworks from your boat in Thompson Bay. The City recommends anchoring both the bow and the stern of your boat. We see strong winds, as well as strong currents, flow through Thompson Bay. However, since this tends to be a popular spot to watch the fireworks, early anchoring is strongly encouraged.
Personal Firework Guidelines
According to the Lake Havasu Fire Department, anything that leaves the ground and/or explodes is considered illegal. That means no bottle rockets, firecrackers, or air shells of any kind. You may use sparklers, smokers, snakes, fountain-style fireworks, sparkling wheel fireworks, party poppers, snappers, and spinners. Police will be out in full force on the 4th, even on the water, so make sure you follow these guidelines. Otherwise, you may find yourself facing a hefty fine.
