Philippians 4:8
“Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable — if anything is excellent or praiseworthy— think about such things.”
With so many messages coming our way throughout our day it may not always be easy to discern what is coming from God and what is not. This verse gives us a great idea of what to think about and a what to listen for!
When the other voices or messages of worry, anxiety, doubt and fear start to take up space in your thoughts its a great time to pull out an inspirational book or review your favorite scriptures or to get quiet and meditate on the verse of the day and messages from this devotional. Bless each situation and call it good. And give thanks for all that is GOOD and wonderful in your life! The more you call things GOOD and PRAISEWORTHY the more that TRUE, RIGHT, PURE, LOVELY and ADMIRABLE will start to show up in your life!
