We are living in a world of hunger and thirst for the desire of pleasure, power, and popularity. Everything is in motion to get ahead of the other. People strive to prove something and often exhaust their energies to reach the goal they think best. It seems like people are in a cruel battle, a bloody war in secret. Some insist on winning over the other, while some take advantage of another. In a nutshell, we are in chaos.
The chaos we are in now is subtle. It sometimes deceives us into the illusion of our realities. The tension we have is both personal and communal, from which we duel with our madness as we also conquer the misery of other people and the world. We can only deny or affirm it. However, as long as we live, there is hope to change everything within us and around us. This calls for the renewal of our well-being.
"The ultimate purpose of man is to be happy," says Aristotle. Happiness is the greatest desire of every person. It is the heart of our well-being. Our well-being has three critical elements; happiness, healthiness, and prosperity. On the other hand, Nature has a significant impact on our well-being. Much of our feelings and dispositions are affected by the way Nature impinges us.
In the previous years, stress and depression surged millions of people due to the horror brought by the pandemic, which threatened and harmed our mental health and security.
Now is the time to restore our well-being. Let us begin with the source, Nature. It helps us see things differently in the light of hope. Its impact offers us tranquility and pure joy within. The sound of the waves, the soothing blow of the wind, the vibrant beam of the sun, the sweet sounds of the birds, and the lovely panoramic view of the mountains and hills are only a few significant realities we feel. They altogether render an active impact to regain our well-being.
Silence your heart in the shadow of Nature's wings.
