"The photos are great !! What a contrast between before and after.

Thanks for the paint numbers. We'll get busy on that. Tonya has been deep cleaning the house and cleaning out the garage. She is trying to get the family together to tackle the downstairs storage, since there is a lot of her parents "stuff" in there and she doesn't want to toss anything that someone may want to keep.

We had an open house Sunday. Very positive response from the four attendees.

The first person to come in was a re-visit. She had been to the last open house we had there and was bringing her husband to show him the property. Her first comment was, "Oh my, the owners have moved out already" ! I told her no, that we had had the home staged Friday and it just looked different. Her next comment was, "Wow, it doesn't look like anyone lives here. It looks just like a model home". I thought that was a great compliment for all the hard work you all have done.
