With half of 2021 in the books, lets looks at what has happened in the Manchester NH Real Estate Market. The Summer Real Estate Market came in hot. We are seeing some changes though. The "Covid Buyers are all but gone, already purchased or no longer coming. The "Local" buyers who waited, now ready to purchase a home, are the predominate buyers.
