Matthew 23:9
“For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.”
What is it like to love the unlovable, to serve the forgotten or to bless or forgive someone who previously angered or hurt you? For many this would be a humbling experience. There are hurting people in the world that need your compassion. Each time we become more aware of how good we have it compared to so many others in the world we are better able to be thankful for all we have.
Each time you share the love, grace, mercy or peace of the Spirit of God with others, even those that perhaps in the past you would have handled much differently you shine the LIGHT of LOVE and we know that light does remove darkness. Light and love gives life and its by your serving and sharing in a real way that you can reach and help others in need.
Deep within your Spirit you know the gifts you have and how you can best serve. Don’t let the knowing of the power of the Spirit within you cause you to feel above anyone or anything! Let it cause you to be a blessing the best way you can.
CREATE IN ME A HUMBLE SPIRIT LORD. THANK YOU LORD FOR SHOWING ME HOW TO SERVE, HOW TO FORGIVE, HOW TO BLESS OTHERS.
