I am so excited to be actually posting my first blog. I joined Active Rain a couple months ago already but let the fear of blogging overwhelm me. I am working with Lola Audu with Audu Real Estate and have been receiving a lot of training on various aspects of real estate. As a result I have been reading some of your posts and gained a lot of helpful information.
Last month I was introduced to the Real Estate Shows Program. I love creating these shows and find them to be a great way to showcase my listings and export them to a number of places on the internet. I am a brand new agent and am so excited to share with you that I have 5 NEW listings!
Here is my frist listing on 7294 Ryan Ct, Hudsonville, MI. This is a fabulous home that offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 barths on a cul-de-sac with a huge fenced in backyard. It has recently been reduced to $149,900... one of the better values in the area.
