Non-Soon Monsoon Season in Southern Utah!

Thunder-clashing, mesmerizing cloud formations roil in, dropping a generous amount of rain. Spectacular light shows result as the storms quickly skitter in, then out.

Monsoon season usually makes an appearance this time of year but is a no-show so far in the southern Utah area. This high desert could definitely use nature's own watering system!

Be proactive: To avoid a potential disaster, consult the weather channel to ensure you are not heading into a storm prior to venturing out to hike, camp, or fish on a boat.

Though it may be Non-Soon Monsoon season in southern Utah, severe whether can be just minutes away when not paying attention. Be safe out there everyone!
