Situated on 53 acres of common space with 12 named parks inside the subdivision, Ardrey neighborhood's amenities include a clubouse, pool, fitness center, bocce court, dog park, children's playground, and a 35 acre nature preserve. With sidewalks on both sides of the street, this is a true walking neighborhood where you can meet and greet your neighbors as they stroll through the neighborhood (many with their dogs and children).
