Manchester NH Real Estate Market REPORT July 20, 2021 Update

We are seeing significant changes to our market, Lets take a look at what is changing here in our July 20th weekly market report for the Manchester NH Real Estate Market. We are seeing an increase in listings which as resulted in almost twice as many homes then as we saw in the Spring.

 

The only thing is, that when looking at the numbers it has gone from an average of 24 or so homes available to 48 homes available for sale today.

 

More homes means more opportunities for buyers, The biggest change in the air for Sellers, is the "Covid Buyers are all but gone, already purchased or no longer coming. The "Local" buyers who waited, now ready to purchase a home, are the predominate buyers.

 

Whether you are Buying a home or Selling a home, the one FACT is... to do well in this market you need an advantage. Who you hire to list and sell your home DOES matter.
