YouTube Thursdays July 22, 2021 - Ideal Listing Reflect Your Brand
Time spent at a property in sync with our ViewHomes niche is always quite enjoyable. After all, we are surrounded by Nature As Neighbors. Last week, as we waited for the professional photographer to complete the interior photos at our latest listing, there was plenty of time to explore the grounds.
It was a gorgeous summer morning, and we spent our time getting photos and shooting video. For example, here's a short video we shared via social media. It generated a lot of interest. The interest included calls and questions from other local real estate agents and an inquiry from a woman considering a move to Washougal.
If you have a niche, it's much easier to find creative ways to share your focus with your clients - and soon-to-be clients. Choose to highlight the things about your listing that compliment your brand. It's the reason we featured the river, and not the high-end kitchen with a pot-filler, 5 burner gas stove, and built-in wine cooler.
We encourage you to seriously ponder what your brand represents and how you can best reflect it in your listings marketing. It's important to remember our brand represents who we are and attracts like-minded clients to us. It is all about the listing, but hopefully, you got the listing because it truly represents your brand.
By the way, the sellers chose to review all offers after weekend showings, but the winning offer was written a day after the $995,000.00 property was listed as Active.
