Maui Hawaii - market statistics for first half of 2021
This has been a really crazy year for real estate sales in Maui County, with so many people wanting to move to a safe and beautiful location like Hawaii. The Covid pandemic has created a lot of options for people to work from home, so it might as well be Maui, if you can afford it.
Maui has a lot more than just beaches and condos, and you never know what you might find when you explore some of the upcountry and other locations that are more affordable.
Each month I like to post the full report of what sold, on my other blog (MauiHunter.com), so I'll link to those reports here. You can get the scoop on houses, condos, and vacant land sales, by region. There's been a lot of activity this year and prices have gone up big time. But don't let that stop you from looking for a home or land on Maui. If you have questions, I'm here to help. Please reach out to me if you're a serious buyer or even a seller... we need more listings!
