The Ponce Midtown Atlanta Condos: The Ponce is an 11-story Atlanta highrise located on Ponce de Leon Avenue at the corner of Ponce and Peachtree Street in Midtown. Completed in 1913, this high-rise was designed by architect William Stoddart as Atlanta’s first luxury high-rise apartment building. The Ponce is found at the National Register of Historic Places. This high-rise was converted to condominium homes in 1982, when its Beaux Arts & Italianate finishes were thoroughly restored. It currently includes 61 exclusive residences.
The Ponce offers spacious one, two, three, and four bedroom floor plans. Many of these homes have been updated and feature hardwood floors, granite finishes, high ceilings, crown molding, French doors, fireplaces, custom lighting, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets and a covered walkout balcony.
The Ponce is within walking distance of Piedmont Park, the High Museum of Art, Woodruff Arts Center, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, and across from the Fox Theatre. This Midtown neighborhood offers many great restaurants, entertainment venues, and boutique shops. The Ponce condominiums are within minutes of Atlantic Station, Buckhead, Downtown Atlanta, Virginia Highlands, and professional sports venues.
