As the end of July is upon us, we are seeing some changes in the Manchester NH Real Estate Market. We are seeing an increase in listings which as resulted in almost twice as many homes For Sale now then as we saw in the Spring.
Before anyone panics, the numbers have gone from an average of 24 or so homes available to 48 homes available for sale today. More homes means more opportunities for buyers.
The biggest change in the air for Sellers, is the "Covid Buyers are all but gone, already purchased and settled in. The "Local" buyers who waited, now ready to purchase a home, are the predominate buyers. Sales are still at or just above market value though.
Whether you are Buying a home or Selling a home, the one FACT is... to do well in this market you need an advantage. Who you hire to list and sell your home DOES matter.
