It was Sunday, and it was after 12 noon, and I was live on the radio.
Calls were coming in, along with texting of questions.
I have found from the calls I receive during the week; more folks are shy or just not comfortable talking live on the radio. But these listeners have no problem, thank goodness, calling and asking real estate questions all week long. Many of these calls would be ideal topics for the weekly live broadcasts.
Light bulb moment
So when I give out the call-in number, I also give my cell number and tell the audience they can text me during the show.
And it's working!
Yesterday's show was lively. I was talking about my new listing, taking calls on the switchboard, reading texts, and seeing an email notice, all at the same time.
One of the callers asked about this "squatting" situation,"
and before the show was over, another listener emailed me the above link. The radio caller wanted to know if the RE agent had any responsibility.
Have any of you had an experience with squatters taking over your listing? Would you share your story?
Thanks for staying in touch, reading, listening, calling, texting, commenting, and emailing.
