Hi Joan Cox - I wish you all the best at your new price point.  You will probably see more Internet traffic because of the new level. If buyers were looking only up to $499,000 then they may not have seen the charm in this home.

Nina Hollander, Broker this home is in Boulder Valley Schools and not far from Boulder, so commands a higher price, but think the one car garage is holding buyers back.  This neighborhood built only 1-car garages, so a few are sitting.   BUT, has only been on the market for two weeks.
