Baked Scallops for Dinner at Home

 

Chef Dolores used the Allrecipes Baked Scallops recipe for our dinner at home. They were delicious. Click on the link to view and print the recipe.

To accompany the scallops, Dolores used the Smitten Kitchen recipe for Asparagus, goat cheese and lemon pasta. Another outstanding selection that is easy to recommend. Click on the link to view and print the recipe.

And, you may wish to have a nice glass or two of white wine with this dinner.

Baked scallops sound wonderful, Roy.  I don't believe I've ever had them cooked that way.  I've only eaten them fried or sauteed.
