Total available listings fell 31.0% for the week ending July 24, 2021, from the same period of time in July of 2020.

Time on the market declined 19 days for the week ending July 24, 2021, from the same period of time in July of 2020.

Median listing prices rose 10.3% for the week ending July 24, 2021, from the same period of time in July of 2020.

New listing in the market higher 9.0% for the week ending July 24, 2021, from the same period of time in July of 2020.
