Ron and Alexandra Seigel hi Alexandra... about three years ago I listed and sold two homes in Lawson in the $500,000's. At that time it was the first time since the Great Recession that there had been any sales in Lawson with a 5 in front of the sale price. One of the homes I sold at $540,000 just resold in the high $700,000's... and nothing had been done to improve the home.

Rocky Dickerson hi Rocky... it's an insane appreciation year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter. And it all stems from a lack of inventory.

George Souto hi George... it seeems lots of buyers are waiting for prices to fall back. I keep telling them that I don't expect prices to fall back... perhaps the rate of apprciation might slow somewhat, but that's whole other kettle of fish.
