Brian England good morning, Brian... lowball offers "died" quite a number of years ago here in the Charlotte area. These days I tell buyers that in most cases the listing price is the "suggested starting price" for an offer.

Fantastic numbers once again Nina Hollander, Broker . You are right that it really reflects "no inventory". We all know that some homes are listed at such unrealistic prices that they just should not count as inventory.

Will Hamm hello Will... I suspect many metro areas are finding it tough to generate new listings. I keep hearing more homes have come on recently but we don't really feel it here in Charlotte as yet.

Bob "RealMan" Timm hi Bob... the good news is that for the most part I'm not seeing people listing their homes at crazy prices... they are letting the buyers drive the prices up.
