Yesterday, I received a call from a number not recognized. It was from Wisconsin.
As usual, I answered, and the caller asked about one of my blog posts, "reverse contingency." This caller wanted to know how to reverse a contingency.
Needing clarification, I quickly found out she was asking about purchasing a house under contract, which has a contingency.
It's a pretty good idea to understand a question before answering.
She was calling about an area where our AR member Diana Dahlberg lives and works. She wants to purchase a specific house that is already under contract.
One quick phone call to Diana, and we had a connection

Will this person buy or sell?
Who knows?
But it was wonderful getting a stray call from one of my previous posts and then connecting this caller to a delightful professional in the same city.
These connections are what AR is all about.
