It is the day you all wait for, it is time for our Monday Morning Market update for the Manchester NH Real Estate Market. Lets take a look at what we are seeing.

 

  • The trend of about 20 new single family homes a week hitting the market continued. The average number of homes going under contract is about the same with 19 homes going under contract each week.
  •  
  • The "talk" among Buyers is how upsetting it is that some agents wont allow showings until they hold an open house. Even more frustrating is holding offers and not presenting in a timely manner. Home Sellers should know the pros and cons before hiring a listing agent as there can be far more cons than pros.
  •  
  • Lastly many sellers talk aboout waiting for fall when the best advice is call me to list now. The weather feels like fall. The buyers are buying like fall and prices are strong.
