List Price vs Market Value

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Brix Realty - Destin

Ever wonder how list prices are set?

It is difficult loving a business that everyone considers themselves an expert.

That is my real estate business.

There are a variety of terms that people in the industry and outside the industry use.

List price is one of them, market price, appraised value , contract price are a few others.  They may mean the sale things but they may not.  It all depends on what and how they are used.

Call me anytime I would love to discuss them and their use.  There really is no right or wrong as long as the meaning is correct.

Let’s chat and I’ll let you in on the secret. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, list price can make a difference.

In the current market, people tend to ignore the advise regarding market value and just want to get as much a they can.  Market value has a purpose especially if that buyer is going to be getting a mortgage
